What the Akashic Records Say About Your Life Purpose
John’s Question: Is there something in my soul record about my life purpose?
Rosine’s Answer:
Your soul record can tell you a whole lot about your life purpose, about who you are at soul-level and what you came to Earth to do. This information can be tremendously useful to you. It certainly can help you to make choices that will reflect who you really are and to live a happy, fulfilled life.
HOWEVER, this information usually is very general. It’s no precise, detailed mission description. It is information about the energetic nature of your soul. How exactly you “translate” and implement this in your third-dimensional, human life, is entirely up to you.
There are three things I can think of right now that are really useful for you to know when it comes to your life purpose:
Your Soul Group of Origination
Your soul group of origination is the place your soul comes from. The energy of this place significantly shaped your soul and who you are now. It also contributes to a huge extent to the definition of your life purpose. Your soul group of origination can explain a lot about why you are here on Earth in the first place.
Some soul groups are here for a very specific reason and have a very specific work they came here to do. For some other soul groups, it’s not that clear. In most cases, your soul group will help you to roughly understand what kind of a role you are here on Earth to play, but it will not tell you how exactly to do it.
Your Energy Center of Training
Your energy center of training is “your” dominant energy. It is the energy you are all about, and it is your greatest, most natural soul-level strength.
Usually this gift is so natural to us that we don’t even consider it a gift. We often don’t even see it. We think it’s nothing special and that everybody is like that. But that’s not true! Not everybody is like that. And we are here to embody and radiate this energy. When we do, we help others access it too.
Expressing our energy center of training in our human life is a huge part of our life purpose. We are so much happier when we do.
However, this too is a very general thing. It’s just an energy, or rather, an ability to tune into certain energies more easily than others. How exactly we choose to express and embody this in our physical life is up to us.
For example, at soul-level I’m a healer and I’m all about love. But there are thousands of ways I could express love or do work that has a healing effect.
Your Life Lessons
Before we incarnate, we choose a bunch of lessons we want to learn in this lifetime. These lessons are certain energetic qualities that we learn how to access and master in this lifetime. As a result, we attract life experiences designed to teach us these qualities. Logically, our life lessons usually are things we tend to struggle with.
My primary life lesson for this lifetime is moderation. Oh, how I hate moderation. If you know me a bit, you know how much I struggle with this one.
Our life lessons are very relevant when it comes to our life purpose, because learning these lessons is a huge part of what we came here to do. They are one of the biggest reasons we incarnated in the first place! Our purpose is to relentlessly practice our life lessons by embodying these energetic qualities in all kinds of situations throughout our life.
Here again, this is no mission statement. It’s more, like, a permanent pain in the ass challenge.

I am very happy to hear that things are going well for you!!
I certainly won't disappear. I'm just moving away from soul profiles and similar intuitive reading work to focus more specifically on healing work.
For 2012 one of my intentions is to learn a few new spiritual healing techniques. Maybe I'll end up picking a niche and working with a specific kind of people on a specific kind of problem, but I'm not quite sure about this yet. I'll definitely still write articles, hopefully more often, and I'm planning on creating digital products, too.
