You are free to ask for a refund or to cancel your session without needing to justify your decision in any way, under the following conditions:

Returns

My sessions are not something you can really return. They are for you to keep forever. :)

If you feel that you got no value out of your session with me, you get a full refund, no questions asked. This money-back guarantee is valid for 29 days after you made your payment. No refund will be granted if requested at a later time.

Cancellations

You are free to cancel a session before it takes place. Just drop me an email.

If the cancellation is requested before we schedule the session or before the time of the scheduled session, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

If you do not cancel your session and you do not show up for your session at the scheduled time, without letting me know in advance, you lose your session and I keep all of the money. That’s just rude.
